We're looking for motivated professionals over 30 years of age who bring life experience, determination, and a desire to grow. Real estate experience isn't required, but we value business, language, and IT skills, as well as a driver's license and own vehicle. More important than a resume, what matters is your determination, your skills, and the desire to put your energy to work for others.

The recruitment process is straightforward and transparent. After you apply, we'll contact you for an initial conversation and information gathering. This is followed by an in-person interview, where you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our brand and conditions. When the time is right, you'll begin training and coaching, becoming part of the team.
