April/May 2025_ The land, lot M of the Qt.ª dos Condados Urbanization, is fully fenced off, and the main activities and actions of the marketing, communication, presentation, and activation program for the naming and brand created and developed by AreaMais® for this real estate project - M residence Condados - are beginning.

June/July 2025_ The site is undergoing excavation and earthmoving work, followed by the application of a leveling concrete layer to even it out. Construction of the building's steel structure begins, as well as the reinforcement work for the foundations, footings, and basement. This is followed by concreting work for the foundations and basement slab, as well as the basement retaining walls.

September / October / November / December 2025_ Work begins on formwork, steel reinforcement and filling of the ground floor slab and respective pillars, extending until January 2026, also completing floors 1, 2, 3 and the attic (duplex). Exterior and interior brickwork between units, as well as in the bathrooms, began in November during this period.

Current status / January 2026_ The concrete structure is practically complete, currently in the phase of the elements that will support the roof. The roof work will be completed very soon. The ground floor masonry has been completed, and work on the first floor has already begun and will continue on the following floors.
